"Ricardo / Unique Construction team was in charge of our renovation which involved adding 2 master bedrooms, 2 ensuits kitchen / laundry extension, and cosmetic changes to both interior and exterior of the existing house. Throughout the project Ricardo was clear & honest with his communications, and very co-operative and helpful with making in time decisions. Ricardo was also open to feedback and willing to accept & adopt to any changes that we proposed during the construction.

Ricardo always presented us with great ideas, and had a good team to back him up with the execution of those ideas. In addition to all, Ricardo's computer skills (e.g., tracking plan
changes & email) played an important roll in the overall project communication and worked quite effectively when we had to communicate from overseas.
