Simone St - Strathfield
This house was suffering from major structural damage to the front facade due the type of bricks used to build the house in its time. Despite the structural damage, it was also lacking character and style as it was a mixture of federation and colonial rolled into one.
With the help of a great Architect, we manage to rectify any structural damage and re-build the front facade of the house introducing a porch area, increasing the size of the garage and creating a classic Californian Bungalow with hints of Federation influences.
