"Ricardo was a pleasure to work with.
We had about 3 or 4 Quotes and Ricardo’s was the lowest. I was a little worried that there were omissions and that they would be added later as Variations, however I shouldn’t have as everything that we requested was included and more. In fact some issues that arose in the building process (to do with design) were changed and fixed without cost by Ricardo. He also added some things, free of charge, that other builders would have charged for.

Ricardo is a finisher and his first priority is that you will be entirely happy, and he has done this for us. We are delighted with the outcome.Ricardo’s is a small team, so on the positive you know the guys working on your project, on the negative there are limited resources to complete the project quickly. Ours took longer than expected, in fact we had to go away on a pre-booked holiday and leave Ricardo to finish the final 1/3. On return it was like “Renovation Rescue”, seeing all the changes we envisaged, plus the lawn was cut and the driveway was swept and water blasted, it was all very impressive. This story also gives you an idea of the trust we built in Ricardo as well, to leave him with the keys to the house to complete the job.

So, would I use Ricardo again and recommend him to others. YES Absolutely! But plan on it taking a bit longer than expected, in the end the delay is worthwhile, I rang some other references and so I knew this was a possibility and was prepared"
